1. The “Locevito Quality Promise” (Defective or Damaged Items)
If the mistake is ours, we fix it for free.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we sent you the wrong size/style, please do not worry.
Free Exchange: We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Full Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
No Return Fees: You will not be charged for return shipping on defective items. In many cases involving minor defects, we may not even require you to send the damaged item back.
Please Note: Since many of our products are handmade (knit/crochet), slight variations in texture or pattern are part of the unique charm and are not considered defects.
2. Standard Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Sizing)
If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Shipping Cost: For non-defective returns (e.g., “it doesn’t fit” or “I chose the wrong color”), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
